CMCA (UK) are an approved cataloguing house for the UK MoD. We have considerable experience in codifying items in accordance with the NATO Codification System (NCS). This activity includes the allocating of Approved Names, attributing the correct Classification, and the coding of technical characteristics in accordance with the appropriate Item Identification Guides.

These skills, combined with others, enable us to support organisations that are looking to improve/purify the quality of their master data by implementing ISO 8000 or similar standards.

In addition, CMCA(UK) monitor parts on a regular basis to identify any future obsolescence issues, supplying users of parts with advance knowledge of any changes to an items production status. This allows the users to decide on a way forward before the item becomes unavailable in the market place.
