MEETINGS

On behalf of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group to ISO TC 184, ECCMA is pleased to host the upcoming meeting of SC 5 in North Redington Beach, Florida, USA. The following meeting schedule is planned:

Monday - Wednesday, 09-11 May SC 5/WG's
Thursday - Friday, 12-13 May SC 5 Plenary

Each room will be equipped with a computer projector and projection screen. Morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided. A set lunch will also be included.

SLEEPING ROOMS

Meeting attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations directly with the hotel. Please reserve your room by calling the hotel directly. A sleeping room block has been set up at the Doubletree Beach Resort. The room types offered are as follows for single/double occupancy

INLAND VIEW - consists of either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed with a private furnished balcony, refrigerator and bathroom; rate is USD 115.00 plus 12% local taxes and fees.

GULF VIEW - consists of either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed with a private furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, refrigerator and bathroom; rate is USD 115.00 plus 12% local taxes and fees

The room rates above are applicable to attendees arriving three days before the meetings and/or staying three days after the meetings.

Room check-in time is after 15.00; check-out is before 11.00.

The cut-off date for reservations is 08 APRIL 2011.
